Its great to be able to log in a check on you, living a far more exciting existance then here in england. I sem to just about manage unie work, pub work and helping out at home, my gym member ship hasn't left my wallet for months but this grim nort hweather never makes the thought of getting out of bed particularly exciting.&lt;br&gt;
Thank you for the e-card I'm so happy to be remembered, this year I've been a bit remiss...lot on my mind.&lt;br&gt;

PS i reckon you feeling full after not very much may be an intoleranceto something like wheat. I get bloated after two slices of bread and feel full all day. It doesn't mean you are alergic and should cut it out totally, just to be aware how much your body can handle, if you were allergic you would know. Email me if you want to know a bit more - but i reckon you'll porbably me clued up then me with you being into diet and exercies..&lt;br&gt;
PPS Can't believe you went to Doyle's sea-food restaurant that is in the top 10 places/things you must eat before you die list they did on tv over christmas...you lucky bugger!&lt;br&gt;
PPS this doesn't make much sense and is written funny as i'm typing inthe dark and am absolutely knackered...gonna go to bed now me thinks!!!&lt;br&gt;
